The services and products offered by The Artisan’s Apothecary, including massage therapy, teas, coffee, herbal blends, body products, and wellness education, are provided for general wellness, relaxation, enjoyment, and educational purposes only.

Scope of Practice

Massage therapy services are provided by licensed massage therapists within their professional scope of practice under applicable Utah law.

 

Massage therapists and staff at The Artisan’s Apothecary:

  • Do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions

  • Do not prescribe medications, supplements, or treatment plans

  • Do not provide medical advice or healthcare services

 

Information provided about teas, herbs, coffee, roots, and wellness products is shared for educational and informational purposes only.

Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to receiving massage services and for considering their own health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or dietary needs before consuming teas, coffee, herbal products, or wellness goods.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Medical conditions or diagnoses

  • Allergies or sensitivities

  • Pregnancy or nursing

  • Medications that may interact with herbs or caffeine

Intake Forms & Client Information

Clients receiving massage services may be required to complete an intake form. Information provided is used to:

Wellness, Herbal, and Educational Information

Professional Boundaries & Safety

Massage services are provided in a professional setting. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 

The Artisan’s Apothecary reserves the right to refuse or permanently discontinue services or product sales to individuals whose behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or violates professional boundaries.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Artisan’s Apothecary shall not be liable for adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from:

  • Failure to consult a healthcare professional prior to use or consumption of any products and services

  • Use or consumption of products against professional guidance
