These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Artisan’s Apothecary website, products, and services, including retail purchases, food and beverage offerings, and massage therapy services. They apply to all visitors, customers, and clients.
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit access, or modify offerings as necessary to operate our business safely and responsibly.

By using this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its content.
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, product descriptions, recipes, and logos, is the property of The Artisan’s Apothecary and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Products & Services
The Artisan’s Apothecary offers retail products, food and beverage items, wellness goods, and massage therapy services.
Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all descriptions or content are error-free.
Custom products, including custom tea blends, are made to order and are non-refundable.
Massage Services & Appointments
Massage therapy services are provided for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness purposes only. Massage therapy is non-medical and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Our therapists do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to receiving services.
Appointments & Cancellations

A 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Clients who do not show for their appointment will be charged 40% of the full service price to cover the therapist’s time and the lost appointment slot.

Late arrivals are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, clients will receive the remaining scheduled time, but only if at least 30 minutes remain.
Payments, Pricing, & Sales
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo, and online prepayment.
Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment to book an appointment online. Food and beverage purchases must be paid for prior to receipt.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
Retail products may be returned within 10 days of purchase provided the packaging has not been opened or used.
Custom tea blends and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Massage services and food or beverage purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the discretion of The Artisan’s Apothecary.
Wellness & Educational Information
Any information provided through our website, products, signage, or in-store discussions regarding herbs, roots, teas, or wellness benefits is offered for educational purposes only. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Customers are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
Behavior, Safety, & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
Massage therapists may immediately end a session without refund if professional boundaries are crossed. The Artisan’s Apothecary may also choose to permanently discontinue services to clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior.
The safety and well-being of our staff and clients are our top priority.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Artisan’s Apothecary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Use of our services and products is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
